TIME TO JOIN/RENEW FOR 2026!
Next Meeting - Mayor Caroline Torosis
TUESDAY, MARCH 3RD, 7pm via Zoom
This month, Santa Monica Mayor Caroline Torosis is our guest. We'll also present Wilmont's updated 2026 Calendar of events, and show you how we'll be going hybrid at future meetings. We'll also update the top local stories impacting Wilmont and the city. Wilmont faces challenges, too. The Council is placing new restrictions on the city grant program that funds us. The best time to get involved was 20 years ago. The second-best time is now.

MODE Dial-A Ride Service for Older Adults
Big Blue Bus has partnered with Lyft to provide on-demand services to replace the Dial-A-Ride program for older adults and people with disabilities living in Santa Monica. The new service is called MODE (Mobility On-Demand Every Day), and will improve curb-to-curb and door-through-door transportation. Lyft’s flexible transportation service network will allow MODE to meet the high demand for service during peak times when members are most interested in traveling while increasing efficiency when the demand for transportation decreases. To learn more about the program, visit bigbluebus.com/mode.
