Future of the Santa Monica Airport (After a recent 4-3 vote by a divided SM City Council)
John C. Smith, Wilmont Board member and Santa Monica Recreation and Parks Commissioner, will discuss the recent Council vote as it relates to the future of the airport and most specifically, the Airport and Memorial Park Expansion Plans. Then, Michael Brodsky will discuss the airport's planned 2028 closure and why turning the Santa Monica airport into a park will benefit our community. Bring your questions. We'll have answers. 
Autonomous, Self-Driving Cars in Santa Monica
Waymo will be joining us to share an update on their autonomous driving cars in the Santa Monica area and what you can expect. We are starting to see their driverless cars more and more so this is a great opportunity to ask any questions/concerns you may have. www.Waymo.com
