Wilmont Monthly Meeting Agenda Sept. 2, 2025

 Dear Wilmont members, residents and friends,
Our September meeting will be next Tuesday, September 2nd (we generally meet on the first Tuesday of every month) from 7 – 8:30 PM via Zoom. The link to our monthly meetings and our monthly agendas can always be found on www.wilmont.org.

• Wilmont Updates (Welcome, EV, 5 min.);
  • 2nd Saturdays in Summer - Live music & outdoor movies at Reed Park –Bring a blanket, beach/camp chairs, picnic and enjoy a Wilmont tradition under the stars!!!

• John Cyrus Smith, Wilmont Board Member and Park & Recs Commissioner -- Why is the City Council Actively Working to Eliminate Neighborhood Groups and What We should Do About It?  (JS, 10 min. 10 min. Q&A)
• Jonathan Holub, Executive Director of SM Rent Control Board – 80% of Wilmont is renters.  Jonathan will provide updates regarding SM rent control and Q&A (EV, 15 min.)
• Daniel Cody, SM Library Board Member – Update regarding Library Community Mapping Initiative and Discussion of the Future of SM Libraries (EV, 15 min.)
